
Needed? Cones, goals (2), balls How? Player 1 attempts overhead (over the goal) to player 2. Player 1 continues to run into space and receives ball back from Player 2. Player 1 (with the ball) will ow pass the the ball on to Player 3, who receives "open" and passes ball back outside to Player 2 (who has since repositioned). Player 2 (with the ball) will give a long pass to Player 4. Player 4 will pass the ball towards player 3, who has since run towards the line of cones on the edge of the circle. Player 3 receives the ball and finishes on Goal. Rotation: 1 -> 2 -> 3 -> 4 Why? Transfer of the ball, overhead passing skill, repositioning, accurate passing, heads up play.
Overhead: lean back, ball out in front, feet together, step in with left foot, pull Left elbow through. simple push passing, excpet for 2->4 pass this is a sweep. Fast movement, always moving.
