All balls start on the 25 yard line and a player on each black cone. Black cones indicated where to post from, blue cones indicated where the channels are and red cones are to do a J run around. Pass and follow drill. A ball is hit into the top of the channel, where the first player will post onto it. The ball will be passed down the lenght of the channel with the other players posting. The final player will recieve the ball, do a J run around the red cone and hit the ball to top D, where a player will be posting just inside the 25 yard line to take a shot. This drill should be simulated on both the left and right hand side of the pitch, as it is differnt player on both sides.
When doing a J run on the left hand side of the pitch, keep the ball on your strong side, making it eaiser to release. Don't post/enter the channel early or block the channel. Call for the ball.
