4 Attackers on the outside each have balls except the player in the middle. The 4 defenders are also on the outside, with the intention to press the player in the middle when they get the ball. The player in the middle receives a ball from the player they ask it from, that triggers the defenders to press/isolate the player in the middle. The player in the middle has to dribble the ball out of the square through the press from the defenders, thus showing press resistence.
Encourage player in the middle to make use of various ways of receiving the ball ie, Post-up Receive, Open Receive on the strong side, Receiving across the body on the left-hand side etc. Encourage defenders to Press with the intention to create a double-tackle on the player in the middle.
