As a team, pass the ball between the islands to make way towards goal. Nearest island to goal, you can go and shoot at goal. If ball is not stopped in island, team have to start at the begining again. Coach can set different rules - Have to use all isalnds - use certain colours - teams have a asigned colour and race the other team to score first. etc.
Players sprint to an island and call for the ball. Good stop and feet round to turn and push pass to next player. Can add time pressure by two team alongside eachother - first to score.
