A1 passes to A2 forehand. A2 is inside circle with back facing goal, in a low hockey stance. A2 plays the ball into backspace and shoots. A1 becomes A2.
Player touches the ball back on a 45 angle, not directly back to free up space to move body into. They are extremely low with wide base to protect/shield ball from defender. Focus on footwork. Grip stays the same. They need to focus on making contact on ball and staying low.
