Defenders start behind baseline (anywhere). Attackers start outside the D. Coach slowly rolling the ball into the D for the goalkeeper to kick - play is live when the ball is kicked. Alter difficulty by dictating that the 0ball must leave the D (like a short).
GK must learn to recover to goal line. Attackers must keep composure and decide whether to play quickly around the keeper with defenders close to goal. Or be patient and work the opportunities. There are no other defenders recovering from behind so can take their time.
