PLayer on the right hand side moves with the ball towards the D and plays a dump pass for the player from the left hand side to collect and have a shot while the first player continues run to become a deflection at the back post. After this play, the ball is fired in by another player or coach for the previous shooting player to deflect as a pass towards player for a shot on goal from closer range.
