Player then receives and passes it back again, to player at P-spot. Player scores. RED: Simple pass-pass-shoot. Try forehand and backhand hits. YELLOW: Same as BlUE but going the opposite direction. Player at the post tries to trap and flick, or direct the ball into the cage.
