
1. Free-style dribble zig-zag through cones (jinks, drags, freestyle) before passing to player 2. 2. Forestick or reverse recieve (level of skill dependent) and pass to player 3. 3. You apply pressure from behind with exercise ball. Roll with SOB and flick in corner. 4. Progress to one-time jinks over piece of wood or rebound board, with one-time shots (tomma and short handled hit). 5. Hitting off right foot etc.
1. May need to add in additional basic skill stations if players waiting around too long. 2. Happy for you to change drill to cater to what you want. Keep it interesting and relevant to skill of group.
