Needed? Hoops, Balls, 3+ players, 16 cones How? BLUE: Player takes ball and pulls LEFT at cone line, keeping the ball in bounds. Then Approaches the second cone line on the left and pulls RIGHT. Then FLICKS the ball at goal RED: Player takes the ball and lifts it over the cones, without pulling ball back first. Then hits the ball at goal. YELLOW: Player takes ball and pulls LEFT at the cones. Then goes around the hoop on the LEFT. Then proceeds to backhand sweep the ball at goal.
Flick: Lean back and control the ball into the air Hit: ball out in front on left foot and try to keep the ball on the ground. Backhand sweep: Hands apart OR together, make 3 90 degree angles with the body (2 in the legs, and one in the upper body and hips) Backhand sweep: Stay low and control the ball into the goal. Advanced: Put targets in the goal for the players to hit and gain points. Make it a competition to see who gets the most points. Reward good skills.
