Then FLICKS the ball at goal RED: Player takes the ball and lifts it over the cones, without pulling ball back first. Then hits the ball at goal. YELLOW: Player takes ball and pulls LEFT at the cones. Then goes around the hoop on the LEFT. Then proceeds to backhand sweep the ball at goal.
Flick: Lean back and control the ball into the air Hit: ball out in front on left foot and try to keep the ball on the ground. Backhand sweep: Hands apart OR together, make 3 90 degree angles with the body (2 in the legs, and one in the upper body and hips) Backhand sweep: Stay low and control the ball into the goal. Advanced: Put targets in the goal for the players to hit and gain points. Make it a competition to see who gets the most points. Reward good skills.
