Setup: Cone lines as shown. 6m mini circle marked out for the keeper. Procedure: Carry + shoot: Pairs compete by slaloming through the cones. Only the fastest player gets to shoot at goal. Pass + shoot: Pairs advance to goal on the outside of the cone lines, passing to each other as they go, then shoot on goal. Progression: add a defender in the box. Cross + shoot: A passes to B then leads into the box. B runs wide around the baseline cones and crosses back to A. Progression: add in a defender.
