5 players outside the D with 2 balls each. 1 player in the middle who leads from the penalty spot towards 1 of the players who passes them the ball. The player who made the lead receives the ball and shoots as quickly as possible. Once all balls have been played all players rotate clockwise.
Player leading has to make a clear shout for the ball. If the player is shooting on front stick then they should try to shoot from their back foot to protect the ball. Try to shoot across the goal.
