2 Teams 3 Objects of the same colour per team (Bibs, Balls etc) The 1st player sprints out to the 3x3 grid and places the object in one of the squares. He or She then sprints back and tags the 2nd player who sprints out to the grid and places there object in another square and so on. For added fitness all team members currently not sprinting are to do exercises (Pressups, Situps squats etc) while there team mate is sprinting. The team who gets all 3 of there objects in a row wins. You cannot move the oposit teams objects at any time.
