DESCRIPTION

Set up 20 x 20m grid Set up poles, ladders and cones as shown. First player runs out, under the cross, fast feet through the ladder, slalom through the poles, drop to belly in the gate and then pass to the opposite player. That player then runs the course the opposite way. continue until all players have run both ways. progress to a race once players are happy with the course.
