This is standard open field play unless a play has been called. Once player passes the ball, they loop and follow their pass. When someone is going into contact, the outside player sees and cuts in to recieve close pop or support ruck.
Players must communicate if going down and getting tackled and outside player has to react quickly to player being tackled to cut in. Always follow your pass no matter what.
