Groups of 6 Ball carrier runs through the 3 defenders followed by a support player behind them, when they reach the first set of cones (or a large tackle bag on its side) they must lay down and present the ball to their following support player. Lone support player should be aiming to recieve the ball at the middle cone of the left hand side. The support player will then take the ball and off load to lone support player who calls for it (can be setup for either side) and then makes a try at the second set of cones.
Ensure players are tucking the ball and leading with their shoulders, defenders are not trying to put players down but making it difficult to run through. The attacking players should be able to run through at speed. Lone support player on the left should be moving once the attacking players have made it through the defenders and ready to call for the ball. Lone support player can run either side.
