
With 3-5 big tackle bags set vertically the tackler starts on the belly, breaks out around the cone, tackles the bag, and simulates a release of the ball carrier. Once the tackler has done so he attempts to jackal the ball by cleaning out the sealer with the pop shield. On the whistle, reset at the next bag on the belly and repeat.
