
Always start with 6 attackers and one defender. Defender lays down facing attackers until coach calls start. After the first score, reset, then have 2 defenders laying down facing atackers. Continue adding defenders after each score. Once all six defenders have had a go, swap over.
All atackers much run straight (no lateral running) Defenders that are watching are encouraged to discuss the next play.
