Defenders stand in the middle of each of the three set of cones, attackers stand opposite defenders facing them (ready to attack). The coach stands behind the attackers and has 3 colours cones (the same colours as the ones the defenders are at. The coach will hold up one of the colored cones and that corresponds to the coloured cones that the defender is standing at. the cone held up means that, that defender will not move and the other two defenders will move forward (on the coaches whistle) and put the attackers under pressure. - defenders must stay in their channel. Attackers should quickly identify where the space is/gap in defence and take advantage of it.
communication is key to identify space, so all players should play a part. Accelerrate into space.
