Define a gain line, where attackers must be stopped. Move to 1 ball to encourage a drift defence. Kick the ball to the 3 attackers and start the drill as a kick return with defenders chasing. Ensure they are on side. Increase the number of attackers. Drop a defender to make it harder. Have tackle buddies. Split the good defenders across the line. Can turn into a fitness drill quickly.
