When starting the game OR a free pass anywhere on the pitch! Ensure all three forwards are next to each other inbetween the 9 (scrum half) and 10 (fly half) The scrum half will pass out to the fly half. When that pass is made the 3 forwards are all running with hands up looking to recieve the ball. One forward will get the ball and run it in and one other forward will follow to ruck over. The other forward will then filter into the line or call for another hammer. From a ruck Scrum half will pass to fly half, who will the pass back inside to a forward. Forward then will run it in.
