Community | Crash and Pop-Pass Cycle

Noa Oliver Coach, United States of America

DESCRIPTION

Four players hold bags in a diagonal line, about 5 meters apart. Offense will work in groups of three. The first player will carry the ball into contact, and then pop-pass to his support player. The second player will then carry the ball into the second bag holder, and pop to the third offensive player. The original ball carrier will now take the pop-pass and continue the cycle.
