DESCRIPTION

-1 Joggs between markers,runs backward, forward and arount the last one to receive the ball from the coach and sprint -2,3,4 lay chest on the ground and stand up when 1 receives the ball to support him -Players shift the ball according to 1 running lines VARIATION: Add a breakdown or a contact point

COACHING POINTS

1: Needs to keep his hands up all the time, looking forward and accelerate when reciving the ball 2,3,4: Have to read 1's running line and provide inside,outside and in line support running with pace and calling for the ball
