Getting the attackers to draw the defender and make them commit and pass.
Make 4 channels. Everyone makes 2 equal lines in the middle. When the coach blows whistle first, 3 defenders head out into channels 1,2 & 3. The coach blows whistle 2nd time, 4 attackers head out to channels 1, 2, 3, 4. Scrum half passes the ball when the runner shouts flash and enters the first channel. They draw defender and pass down the line. Should be a TRY EVERYTIME. Ensure the attackers sun into the channels with depth. Ensure everyone is calling flash. Defenders stay in the channels and just run up to put pressure on.
