
In groups of 3, 1 ball. Player 1 (Red) runs in between the red cones receiving and passing the ball once from the blue players each trip for 30sec or 1 minute. The aim is to see how many completed passes can be achieved. Progression: The blue players pass from the floor, increasing the difficulty for the red player to time their run and pass. Remember to start from each side so the players pass left and right. Red cones 10m apart. Yellow cones move in and out depending on skill levels/age
