This is a normal passing drill, the red team begins with the rugby ball at the first point, and while passing the players must run forward like in a game-like situation and pass to each other. When the ball reached the last player on that passing line, he gave it to the blue team, and they did the same drill until they reached the end and repeated the drill a few times. Spend approximately 15 minutes on this drill.
Coaches must make sure that the players communicate with each other and ask for the ball. Ensure the players know the fundamentals of passing a rugby ball and that there is good depth when running with the ball.
