Community | One handed passing warm up

Matthew Harris-Donoavn Coach, Wales

DESCRIPTION

Splitting numbers into two groups into two separate 5x5m grids so that everyone is working. In each group there will be two defenders who will try to intercept passes. The attackers have to spin pass the ball between each other but are only allowed to use one hand to pass. To make it competitive, each dropped ball or intercepted pass will be added up and the team with the most, will do a punishment.
