Pair of players run through channels. If there's no coach acting as defender in the channel, they have to pass every 3 steps. At end of channel, turn and repeat up next channel. If the channel has a coach as defender in, they only treat it as a 2 on 1 situation (only need to pass to get round the coach). After final channel, run to the try line (between red cones) and score.
