Attackers in 2 groups of 3. 2 Defenders on bags, 4 "loose" Attacker runs into bag and goes to deck, presenting the ball. 2nd attacker, rucks/secures ball. 3rd attacker - scrum half, passes off to the other group of 3 to repeat. 1 loose defender with the bag man, counter rucks - if the attacker is not securing correctly. Other defenders hold the offside line and call the press as the ball is passed. Then get back into the defensive line and repeat.
The attacking pods receiving the ball must have depth. Defenders must keep on side (back foot of the ruck, and must call the press (ball out).
