Four rucking pads, then two tackling pads in straight line 5M apart. Players lay opposite the pads on their stomachs. Each player is to run up to the next pad/bag. Players are to ruck the rucking pads, using proper positioning, and move the pad off the mark before continuing to back pedal quickly to the next spot in front of the next pad. Once the player reaches the tackling pad, the player tackles the bag, immediately gets up and tackles the next, then returns to the beginning line. Rotate bag holders.
