DESCRIPTION

Four players start on their bellies. Around the cone, take pass from scrummy. Defence in the squire tackle and pressure is applied with shoulder bags. Ball is cleaned by 9. 9 to 10. 10 to 12. 12 puts ball down and recycles back into line. front four players come back for the pop pass again and the hole motion starts over again.
