AIM OF THIS DRILL IS TO SET UP THE PILLAR-GUARD-DOG- AT THE BREAKDOWN AND HAVE A POINT WHERE WE SET UP OUR DEFENSIVE LINE. THREE AREAS 1-2-3 ARE BREAKDOWNS WHERE THE DEFENDERS MUST GET UP FROM THEIR STOMACH AND SET UP ON WHICH EVER NUMBER THE COACH CALLS. THEY MUST ALSO MATCH THE NUMBERS OF THE ATTACK
GO THROUGH THE PILLAR-GUARD-DOG ROLES WALK THROUGH THE DRILL IN A SMALL AREA BEFORE TAKING IT TO FULL SIZE ONE OF US CAN STAY WITH ATTACKERS AND DIRECT THEM TO HOW MANY NUMBERS LINE UP AT EACH BREAKDOWN. THIS WILL HELP DEFENCE ADJUST TO WHAT IS INFRONT OF THEM
