Ruck weer helemaal naar de basis...!!! 1) Baldrager loopt in, wordt getackeld en gaat naar de grond. 2) Supportspeler stapt over de map heen en zet de verdedigende speler weg, 3) speler pakt de bal en passed naar nr 4.

COACHING POINTS

Let op de techniek! Supportspeler stapt over de man, let op de houding! Van laag naar hoog, heupen zijn lager dan de schouders. Schouder boven de knie voor stabiliteit. Progression: maak het nog sneller! Bal moet binnen 2 snelle tellen weg zijn.
