Blue player (Defender), Yellow player (Attacker). Attacker stand a couple of metres away from defender. Attacker then moves forward then either picks to step left or right. The defenders job is to plant the 'correct' foot in the 'hoop' of the attacker. (not full tackle)
-Get defender to plant their hand on attackers chest to promote getting close to the defenders centre of gravity. -defender stay on balls of feet to change direction at last second.
