Coach stands on Center Cone and calls out a colour to attackers and defenders, who then, as a unit, run around that colour, and enter the tunnel. Coach passes the ball to the inside attacker who should try to score. Defenders should use hold, hold, go commands to close down space and the inside defender should make a good tackle. If tackled, the attacker should place the ball cleanly on the correct side. Second attacker should collect the ball and continue attacking. Second defender to then tackle. First attacker and defender get back to their feet and continue support play.
