Players run in packs of 3 one player runs up in front of the other two while the other two run close behind him the front player hits the tackle bag the other two physically pick up the player who hit the bag one of the other two hits the second bag e.t.c after the third bag the three players sprint back to the try line and get ready for their next round. once the group in front has got past the second back the next group can start.
