BETWEEN 1ST AND 2ND CONES THE PLAYERS WILL DO DYNAMIC STRETCHING EXERCISES, S + C AND FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT EXERCISES DEPENDING ON THE FOCUS ON SESSION. WHEN THEY REACH THE SECOND BLUE CONE THE BALL CARRIER SEELECTS ATTACKING COLOUR, RED/YELLOW. BALL CARRIER RUNS TO FIRST CONE OF SELECTED COLOUR, OTHER PLAYERS FORM ATTACKING LINE AND WHEN SET THEY ATTACK AS A TEAM AND PASS BALL THROUGH HANDS AND SCORE TRY.
