Player 1 (P1) Dribbles through the cones and passes to P2 who moves towards the cone to receive the pass.
P2 then passes to P3 who moves towards the cone to receive the pass and passes to P4.
P4 then moves towards the cone to receive the pass and then dribbles and crosses for P5, who moves towards the cone to receive the pass and shoots.
P6 then starts off dribbling through the cones and passes to P7 who moves towards the cones to receive the pass and then passes to P8.
P8 then makes a lead to get free before dribbling through cones and then passes to P9 who receives the ball in their stride and dribbles through cones and crosses to P10 who gets free and shoots.
All players follow their pass to the next station and then the pattern starts all over again.
