There should be approximately 4 players on each of the 3 stations in this drill.
The player at the top of the pitch (player 2) starts with the ball and passes player 1 on the wing. Player 1 should run in field to meet the pass.
Player 1 then lifts the ball over the stick and runs with the ball to the 3 cones, performs a reverse stick drag and then progresses down the field to the 3rd cone.
In the mean time players 2 and 3 have both made a run into the D to receive the ball back from player 1 and score a goal.
The wing player can choose which player they want to pass the ball to from the wing.
