Netball: Attacking Third Game - Offence v Defence

I found this service to be excellent and it was of great help when...
Jo, Netball Coach

DESCRIPTION

Play 4 on 4 or 5 on 5 in one third of the court, using one goal.

Two shooters at any one time can go into the circle, play up to the third line and see how many goals your players can get.

Work within a specific time and see how many points each group can get. Start with a 60 second game, then 30 seconds and finally a speedy 10 seconds game!

COACHING POINTS

After a few minutes change offence and defence around.

You want this game to be exciting. Call out random times to get the ball to goal - the attacking team must start behind the centre third line to start, then sprint to take up spots.

If the ball is intercepted they must start again from the line.
