What’s in the Session?
We start with a fun warm-up to get your players raring to go, before moving onto beginning to introduce basic running moves to your players. The use of fun drills throughout the session will help your players not only develop but also enjoy the training session, as you continue onto coaching move evasive moves. Watch your players feint, dodge and sprint past defenders whilst thinking tactically of their next move - ready to receive the ball. Continue with more fun drills, before finishing off with a modified game to put your player’s skills into practice.
