This sessions looks in depth at developing your player’s attacking principles, and giving an all-important option to their team-mate with the ball. By improving the ability to get free from a marker, you’ll be helping a key part of your player’s game and see them progress in upcoming fixtures. Having quick reactions and thinking tactically is vital to getting your team to work together for the victory!
What’s in the Session?
We start with a fun warm-up to get your players raring to go, before moving onto beginning to introduce basic running moves to your players. The use of fun drills throughout the session will help your players not only develop but also enjoy the training session, as you continue onto coaching move evasive moves. Watch your players feint, dodge and sprint past defenders whilst thinking tactically of their next move - ready to receive the ball. Continue with more fun drills, before finishing off with a modified game to put your player’s skills into practice.
