Improve your team's va va voom with this pass and move session, designed to improve how they drive onto passes and speedily release using the 1-2 landing.
Other goals in this netball plan include: Improving team communication, getting players' hands up ready to receive the ball and getting players to re-offer after they've passed!
What's in the session?
We start with a fun ice-breaker game of Street Tag and then move onto 3 skill drills, designed to teach your players about reoffering after they've made the pass.
These practices will test your players' concentration levels and improve their passing accuracy and decision making skills. Before it's time to go home we finish with the Running the Gauntlet game to see how well your attackers can pass and move.
This session uses both passive and competitive situations with progressions for your more able players and conditions to develop your less able players. Give this plan a try tonight!
