2 players, 1 ball and a hoop
Each player stands about 1.5m away from the hoop. Throw the ball via a bounce ball in the hoop to the other player making it as difficult as possible for the other player to catch the ball.
After catching the ball the other player throws the ball back as quickly as possible to make the player move.
