In pairs, one player underhand throws the ball to the other who jumps, catches and throws it back with straightened arms before touching the floor.
This drill is block-like and greatly prepares the body for a blocking session. In addition it requires enhanced abdominal muscles to be successful.
You also may execute drill with medicine ball if semi/pro players are coached.
