How do you improve passing (shoulder pass) with your less dominant hand?
Hi Nicole,
Firstly ensure you have the correct technique of which you can find here. From here it is simply a matter of practice. I would advise finding a brick on the wall and aiming for it over and over again. First start close to the wall and once you have completed for example 10 passes hitting the same brick move back a step and do the same. This will help you build up both strength and accuracy of your pass.
Ensure you are critical of yourself and take your time. If you miss the brick you can move back in and start your 10 again.
Hope this helps.

in more ways than one
Tight markers win when attackers run in straight lines. Teach your players to dodge, change pace and time their drive so they get free when the ball is ready.
When everyone chases the ball, nobody is free. Teach your team to spread out, offer two options and clear space so the ball moves cleanly down court.
A shooter who can hold a strong position under the post is worth more than one who runs all over the circle. Here is how to coach body shape, a legal hold and a well-timed release, and how feeders make the most of it.
