Attack Line to Attack Line 7 S...

Player stands on attack line facing the net with right foot in front if right-handed, and left foot in front if left-handed. They toss the ball high, move their other foot forward, setting up serve position.

4 Player Passing Rotation 4 Pa...

Working in 4's with the final player throwing the ball back to the feeder under the net. Once the drill starts the setter passes the ball to a target player at the net. The net player then sets the ball for the wide player who receives it and then returns the ball ready for the drill to start again. This drill can be measured in time or good repetitions.

Two players have different tasks while underhand passing. One passes the ball as high as possible, the other passes it as parallel to the court as possible.

2 players stand on either side of the net, and the receiver starts with the ball by overhand passing it across the net. This player then passes to their team mate who overhand passes it back for the spike.The spiker places the ball crosscourt. On the other side, the receiver's role is to step back from the net to the attack like and try and dig the ball back across the net.

Players work in pairs with two balls between them. One player underhand throws the ball upwards, while the other spikes the ball towards their teammate who has to dig the ball back before catching the ball that they threw in the air.

Players start on one side of the court and have a ball in their hands, and another in the middle of the court. They overhand pass the ball in their hands forward so that it drops on the other side of the laying ball. The players then run, jump over the ball and underhand pass the ball back to a teammate who will be waiting at the starting position. The next player will then do the drill.

This should be played like a regular match, in pairs in an area of 4.5m x 9m. Players are allowed to spike or tip the ball only with their non-dominant hand ( for example their left hand if they are normally right handed). The first pair to score 25 points wins.

In fours have two players on one side, the other two on the other side of the net. All of them make one team. Have the players on either side of the net face each other, with one player standing at the net, the other on the attack line. Player 1 then passes the ball to player 2 (who is standing nearest to the baseline on the opposite side of the net) Player 2 then passes to player 3 (who is standing facing player 2 on his/her side of the net). Player 3 then returns the ball back to player 2, who in turn passes back over the net to player 1. At this point player 2 and 3 swap positions. Player 1 then passes to player 4 (who is standing facing player 1 on his/her side of the net). Player 4 then returns the passes the ball back to player 1, who in turn passes back over the net to the player standing on the attack line.At this point player 1 and 4 swap positions
