Volleyball: system

I am a 25-year old male and I have just been named the girls volleyball coach at a local middle school. Anyone have any good tips? Not just volleyball strategy, but how to deal with middle school girls? Thanks everyone. submitted by email

Its been a long time i am coaching the girls volleyball team in our school, for the past 10 years i am happy teaching the grassroot of the fundamentals of the game, but after 10 years I am beginning to feel this so called BURN OUT, and I am becoming inpatient to my players, sometimes i used to shout on them if they cannot perform the skills, they cannot execute the system of play, its always teaching them again and again the same technique that they cannot follow. I already gave several championships to the schools and some of my players are now playing in the higher league and the parents are thankful for the values and discipline i imparted to their children. Still, I am not contented or satisfy with my achievements, why do i feel this?

How can I improve my players' enthusiasm when training and playing the game?

Can I make the sketch chalkboard larger?

Hi, I would like to cancel my platinum access to netball and upgrade my hockey. I did e-mail and someone said they would do this for me because the system won't allow me to even cancel my platinum.
