Group is split into 4 groups with 3 players going on each cone. 1 player on each cone has a ball. All players with the ball dribble towards the central cone. When approximately 2 steps from the cone the player performs a jump stop, pivots to their left and passes the ball to the next player in line. This drill focuses on passing, dribbling and pivoting. It can also be varied to practice different passes and pivots.

Rebounding is the least glamorous thing in basketball and one of the most decisive. It is also almost entirely a habit, which means it is entirely coachable.
