In the group select two catchers without a ball, the rest of the group will need a ball, the catchers will stand at the side and the other participates will dribble their ball around the hall, when the coach blows their whistle they will go to a corner e.g. the blue corner. The catchers will then go in the middle of the hall and the coach will shout two corner colours e.g. red and green, then the people in the red square will need to run to the green square and the green will need to run to the red and avoid being tug by the catchers, if they are tug then they will get a bib and become a catcher as well, complete the task until their is only one standing.
