
In lines of 4 groups- Each have to jump over 4 hurdles touch the end line and back the same way. Group 1 vs group 2, Group 3 vs Group 4. .If a team wins, they move up team loses they go done.
Jump off what ever foot is comfortable. Use the arms as balance and for leverage when jumping. Jump with the chest open and jump at 60-degree angle.
